Over the years of the Skegg Project, I’ve never really had a tangible “image” as a brand, until mid 2020.

The “Egg” Character

For a couple of years I wanted a little mascot to be the image of “Skegg”. However, I never had the time to plan or learn how to create my own mascot. In the early development of the Corona Virus In the UK Lockdown in April, I started learning 3d animation as a new skill. After a few months I decided to create a little cute egg character as it was a part of my artist name “Sk-egg”. I thought this would help to create a image for Skegg like many other DJ’s have done such as Marshmello, Deadmau5 & Slushii. To this day I am very happy and proud of my brand and can’t wait to do more with ‘Skegg”

Animation Software

To create my “Skegg” character I use the free 3d animation software Blender. I believe this software is very detailed and creative for my brand. However, at the moment it is hard to run this software only old MacBook, hopefully this year I will upgrade to a desktop pc so I can do more with my Blender Renders. For Editing rendered videos  I use Final Cut Pro & for artwork editing I use Gravit Designer.
